In this 90-minute session, you will unwind with a nourishing restorative yoga practice designed to release tension and help you let go of anything that no longer serves you. Then, settle into a deeply supportive Yoga Nidra experience to open space for your intentions in the new year. We’ll close with a journaling session to set meaningful intentions for 2025, leaving you grounded, clear, and ready to embrace the year ahead with purpose and positivity.
