This class utilizes just a mat and your body weight to perform a series of exercises designed to strengthen and tone muscles, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body control.  You'll learn proper alignment, breathing techniques, and core engagement while practicing fundamental exercises to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
