This class is focused on you and your little yogi! This class offers postnatal parents a chance to resume physical activity and connect with their community. Parents & babies will have a chance to bond and giggle while stretching and strengthening through gentle hatha yoga poses. Pre-crawling babies 4 weeks and up are welcome. Please feel free to arrive when you can, leave when you have to, and take care of you and your baby's needs throughout the class.
