This class series offers a nurturing environment where expectant mothers can connect with others, share experiences, and cultivate a sense of empowerment and calmness throughout their pregnancy journey. 

Each class is led by certified prenatal yoga instructors with a deep understanding of pregnancy-related changes and modifications for each trimester. Suitable for beginners or those with previous yoga experience, Prenatal Yoga is designed to support the unique needs of the pregnant body, enhancing overall well-being and fostering a deeper mind-body connection during this transformative time.
