Awareness Through Movementâ„¢ is a somatic movement practice that re-patterns the nervous system's habitual movement pathways. Through structured movement explorations with specifically directed attention, participants develop greater efficiency and ease in movement -- reducing excess tension, building greater integrity and coordination, and refining embodied awareness. ATM helps people find freedom from habitual patterns which may lead to strain, discomfort, or injury, and opens up a world of continual exploration, refinement, and possibility.
