Rooted in Daoist tradition, Baguazhang is an internal martial art known for its spiraling steps, flowing movements, and meditative power. Practitioners walk the circle to cultivate balance, focus, and fluid strength, harmonizing body and mind with every turn.
In these classes, you’ll learn the foundations of Baguazhang: mindful stepping, coiling energy, and circular forms that nurture both vitality and calm. Whether you come for martial skill, health, or inner stillness, Baguazhang offers a path where movement becomes meditation and strength arises from softness.
