This fall, cultivate your inner courage, compassion, and connection with a 10-week yoga series based on Brene Brown’s book, The Gifts of Imperfection. The course will explore Dr. Brown’s 10 guideposts to wholehearted living, using a combination of yoga, mindfulness, journaling exercises, and group discussion.
The majority of the class will be spent practicing an all-level gentle movement sequence based on that week’s theme. Reading the book is optional but recommended.
