This summer, cultivate your inner courage, compassion, and connection with a 10-week yoga series based on Brene Brown’s book, The Gifts of Imperfection. The course will explore Dr. Brown’s 10 guideposts to wholehearted living, combining yoga, mindfulness, journaling exercises, and group discussion.
Most of the class will be spent practicing an all-level gentle movement sequence based on that week’s theme. Reading the book is optional but recommended.
