A therapist-guided meditation that combines breath, mindfulness, and gentle somatic exploration to help you reconnect with yourself. Slow down and explore the sensations and emotions present in your body, and develop a deeper relationship with your inner world. Expect a calming, reflective practice with optional moments of connection. No meditation experience required.

Bio:

Maya Brstilo is a counsellor and somatic practitioner who believes that healing begins with learning how to listen.

Through supporting individuals through anxiety, stress, trauma, and life’s many transitions, Maya has seen how often we live disconnected from our bodies, relying on our minds to carry us through everything. 

Her work invites people to slow down, become curious about their inner experience, and discover that their bodies often hold valuable insight, resilience, and wisdom.
