Spinal Strength Series (3/4)
with Mackenzy Higgins

March 26 (Thursday)
at 12:15 pm

Class length
45 minutes

A stronger spine supports better movement, posture, and long-term back health. This class focuses on building strength and endurance through your deep core, postural muscles, and spinal stabilizers to help reduce aches, stiffness, and tension from daily life and desk posture.

You’ll move through targeted mobility and strength work for the neck, upper back, and low back, along with functional patterns that reinforce healthy spinal mechanics and support you in work, exercise, and everyday activities. Expect to leave feeling more supported, aligned, and resilient.

Held on Thursdays—right when many people notice end-of-week tightness—this class offers a timely reset to keep your spine feeling strong and mobile."
