The Spring Equinox is a time of nature awakening, new beginnings, and hope. As winter transitions into spring, this period offers a moment for reflection and renewal. Like early stages of germination, gradual and consistent changes can support growth over time. This session offers an opportunity to use sound-based relaxation to support balance in the body and mind, promote nervous system regulation, and allow yourself to bloom into a more grounded version of yourself.
