Breathe, soften, and come home to yourself. This meditation class invites you to slow down and rest in the quiet rhythm of awareness. Through mindfulness of breathing, gentle attention to the body, and the practice of loving-kindness (metta meditation), we nurture presence, compassion, and inner balance. Each session flows through walking, standing, sitting, and lying down meditations, offering moments to connect with stillness in every posture. Whether you seek calm, clarity, or simply a place to pause, this class is a gentle invitation to discover peace within every breath.
