Inviting you to a restorative session on December 27th, a special class to unwind after the holiday buzz and reconnect with yourself.
We’ll slow down with restorative yoga to release tension, ease the body, and calm the mind. Then, through guided journaling, you’ll have space to gently reflect on the year that’s been and set intentions for 2026.
We’ll close with a soothing Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath, inviting deep rest, clarity, and renewal.
