Join Iyengar Yoga teacher Meghan Goodman for a progressive series of classes on Thursday evenings from 7-8:30pm in the new year.
“Aligning Body, Mind and Breath” is a course designed to create a strong foundation for students new to Iyengar yoga, based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar, while offering opportunities for those with a regular practice to deepen their understanding of the poses and how they work best in our own bodies. Come experience the benefits of learning together over the course of 8 weeks in a supportive and consistent environment. All levels welcome.
