Perimenopause and menopause are natural phases of a woman’s life—bringing changes in body, mind, and energy. While this transition can feel challenging at times, it also opens the door to wisdom, renewal, and deeper self-connection.

Bernadette Pacana is a certified yoga therapist, nutritionist, Reiki practitioner, and holistic wellness guide. Blending science with embodied and somatic practices, she supports women moving through life’s transitions, such as perimenopause and beyond, to restore balance, resilience, and inner connection. Her approach is intentional, mindful and soulful - creating safe spaces for healing, curiosity, and growth.
