Each session will be a combination of mindfulness, movement, and awareness. The power of Somatics can bring you more in tune with your Self, your body, and the processes that are always happening within it. The practices are approachable and adaptable so all bodies are worthy and welcome.
You can expect some myofascial release, some conscious movement to unwind stored holding patterns, and some awareness of your own nervous system and stress responses.
