So much of our conversation about health focuses on the flurry of activity we engage in during our conscious, waking moments. However, it has long been known that the mysterious and elusive time of night—our sleep and dreams—holds clues to our health and healing. Drawing from the work of Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés, a Jungian psychoanalyst, and the wisdom of naturopathic medicine, we will explore the roots of healing spaces, including those within our own bodies. The workshop will include discussion and reflection on the symbolism and insights we can gain from our dreams, as well as the formulation of a unique tea for each participant.
