In this two-part somatic series, we’ll explore the body–voice connection through breath, gentle movement, and guided practices designed to release tension in the diaphragm, jaw, and throat.
With mindful awareness and embodied tools, you’ll learn to soften restrictions, regulate your nervous system, and uncover a more grounded, authentic voice. This series invites you to reclaim ease, confidence, and presence in the way you express yourself—both to others and to yourself.
