Cancellations can be made up to 6 hours before a scheduled class through your reservation confirmation email, the My Reservations section of your account, or by contacting the studio directly.
Cancellations made within 6 hours of class time, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a $10 fee or loss of class credit (penalty fee starting May 11th, 2026).
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for class. Late arrivals will not be permitted.
