I am a Yoga Alliance Certfied (RYT 200 hrs) Teacher and an ACSM certfied Fitness Instructor. I am a newcomer in Canada and have over 20+ years of experience in teaching Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga with proper body alignment and breathing.
Even though my approach and style in yoga is very traditonal, I believe in a scientfic approach in the postures; which further drove me to pursuing an ACSM ( American College of Sports Medicine ) Health and Fitness Certification. It was here, where I got my exposure to human anatomy and muscle movement patterns. I have integrated a lot of my scientific learnings about the human body, positoning, optmal joint angles and movements into my Yoga classes and have seen an overwhelming positive response in my clients.
