What if your body could feel like a place of safety, stability, and trust, even when it tends towards unpredictability and perhaps even chaos?

If you’ve ever been told the frustrating advice of “just get stronger” or “you need more muscle” this workshop is for you. 

This is Fine is a fun, supportive, and informative workshop designed specifically for people living in hypermobile bodies. Led by a somatic and brain-based practitioner and a holistic personal trainer, this experience blends science, movement, and curiosity to help you better understand, and befriend, your body.

Together, we’ll explore how to build safe awareness and strength from the inside out. Through guided practices and approachable education, you’ll learn how to gently strengthen proprioception (your body’s sense of where it is in space), understand how to manage force and tension, and develop a more grounded, connected relationship with your movement.

Expect a mix of:

  • Playful and accessible exercises
  • Nervous system-informed insights
  • Practical tools you can take into daily life
  • Strategies for when and how to introduce (or increase) exercise
  • A welcoming space where your body’s needs are respected

Whether you’re newly discovering hypermobility or have been navigating it for years, this workshop offers a chance to slow down, tune in, and begin creating a sense of “home” within your body.

Because feeling at home in yourself shouldn’t be a stretch.
