Find your footing and your feet with Somatics

This two hour workshop will dive deeply into the connection our feet have to our bodies. They are the base of our physical and emotional selves. They carry us through life and connect us to the earth. 

We will work with myofascial release balls to find and let go of hidden tension.  Learn some self massage techniques and work on building strength. Using Somatic practices we will connect with them to find our grounding as spring gets going.
