Val Duthil is a certified Sound Bath Facilitator and Clinical & Spiritual Hypnotherapist. Trauma-informed and deeply attuned, she offers a grounding, nurturing soundscape to support the body’s natural return to balance. Val weaves together the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, the ocean drum, chimes, and other soothing instruments—helping the nervous system soften, settle, and restore.
