Yin Yoga

In our Yin Yoga class, we gently stretch and target the deep connective tissues, including tendons, ligaments, and fascia. By holding poses for an extended period, typically three to five minutes, we encourage these tissues to lengthen and release tension. Unlike dynamic yoga practices that focus on muscular engagement, Yin Yoga allows us to access deeper layers, promoting flexibility, mobility, and a sense of spaciousness in the body.
